At Roselee’s Natural Hair Care, through the Stylist Excel Academy, Roselee Mathu guides stylists through the process of certification and business building. As a model for our training classes, you are able to receive excellent service at a discounted rate, while helping our Mentoring Stylists to become more proficient!

Terms and Conditions

By booking the Class Model services to be rendered to me by Roselee's Natural Hair Care/ Stylist Excel, I am agreeing to the following: 

  • I will sign-off on this release voluntarily and of my own free act.

  • I am over the age of 18 years or a legal guardian of minor/s under the age of 18.

  • Hair will be serviced by Mentoring Stylist under the supervision of Roselee Mathu.

  • Hair services provided by Roselee's Natural Hair Care/ Stylist Excel are for educational and demonstration purposes.

  • The Mentoring Stylists are working on proficiency, therefore their average retightening time may be 5hrs or more.

  • To complete the  provided feedback form after services are rendered.

  • To be photographed/videotaped as a part of the service for educational and promotional purposes.

Roselee's Natural Hair Care/ Stylist Excel will make every reasonable effort to provide satisfactory services. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate directly with Roselee Mathu for resolution.

Roselee's Natural Hair Care/ Stylist Excel will only use the Model's first name and last initial when their image is used in advertisements. The model understands that their participation is voluntary and that no compensation is expected for being a model, however you are receiving a reduced rate for establishment and retightening services. 

Establishment Models: 

  • Hair must be no longer than 8 inches in length.

  • A consultation must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to the establishment.

  • Establishments appointments are available on a first come first serve basis.
